Recruitment at GVR Exports works primarily on a direct sourcing model; a relatively small portion of our hiring is done through recruitment agencies. It is important to note that JSW does not accept resumes from recruitment agencies which are not on the preferred partner list nor does it charge any fee at any stage of the recruitment process. Additionally, it does not authorize any partner/employee to collect fee for any of the recruitment process for resumes submitted for openings within any business of the GVR Exports.
